Here is our service request process, so we can get to know you and your service request better:

1. The first step is getting to know you and your request, to make sure we’re the best fit! The scope of speech pathologists is ever-growing; however, we believe in only providing first rate ethical and moral care aligned to our areas of high competence.

2. The second step is Taking Flight Speech, Language and Literacy considering intake form information on a weekly basis.

3. The third step is Taking Flight Speech, Language and Literacy making contact typically within 5 business days via email or phone, after assessing your service request.

If your service request is accepted, further information may be sought to confirm your future booking.

If your service request is declined, don’t worry! We will help by linking you to databases and a range of specialists associated with your request.
